Issue:factory reset after reload show command ‘switch:' C9200L

I factory reset after reload show switch:

i try upload image (cat9k_lite_iosxe.17.09.02.SPA.bin) 

but command error and not found USB 

i searched for a solution and followed it, but there not work.

Copying of files, from USB, to the flash while in ROMMON is no longer allowed/supported. 
While in ROMMON, the only ways are to boot the firmware from the USB or initiate the emergency-install from the USB.  They are the only options available.
