hello and welcome  an issue on cisco switch 3048 reset several time 

Reason :Reset triggered due to HA policy of Reset

Service: igmp hap reset

Version 6.0(2)U5(1)

how can i solve this issue to prevent switch reset

Hi,

This is most likely a bug related issue in the version of Nexus OS you are running. Open a ticket with Cisco and they will advise you with a solution.

  - If desired you may also look into the current advisory release for your platform and upgrade . Check if the problem persists afterwards or not.

There is a bug starting from version 6.0 (2) U6 (1) to 6.0 (2) U6, and fixed starting from 6.0 (2) U6 (8), 6.0 (2) A8 (3) and 6.0 (2) A6 (9) ... Update version.

So there is no solution to minimize nexus restart at this version so update  is the only solution
