Issue with C9500-24Y4C and SFP 10G-T-X

Having connectivity issue with the switch and sfp. Weird thing is switch is recognizing the SFP as full   1000 1000BaseLX                           SFP and not 10G TX see below. Has anyone seen this?

This usually happens when the optics are non-Cisco branded. 

3rd party optics manufacturers/distributors would re-flash the particular optics to fool the Cisco system and allow the optics to work.  The optics are most commonly re-flashed as multi-mode because all Cisco switches will have multi-mode optics as default.
