Issue with cisco SPA-8800 gateway

Hi,

We have some connectivity issue with cisco SPA-8800 gateway. Our purpose for using the gateway is to convert analog signal to digital  in the sender side and transmit data via moxa network, In the receiving side again convert from digital to analog by using another gateway cisco SPA-8800. We did the connection but we are unable to communicate with the other side through gateway. Our query, is there any kind of configuration required for making the gateway link with the network or it is plug and play only.

Hello,

what devices (type/brand) do you have connected to either side of the SPA-8800 ? It should be plug & play, but you can access is with IP address 192.168.0.1/24 (provided the default settings have not bee changed).
