Issue with PXE build with switch port

Hi I have a problem with switch port . the issue is when engineer is trying to do PXE build by connecting laptop directly to the swithc port he is getting error,the same he is connecting to ip phone from switch port and phone to laptop he is able to do the PXE build ,.

please help me to resolve its bit urgent to resolve the issue.

Is it possible that spanning-tree is taking longer to put the port in forwarding condition than the PXE process is allowing?

I would try putting the port in spanning-tree portfast mode. If that doesn't work - can you paste the output of 'show interface [interface] switchport'

and show run interface [interface]
