Keep getting DUP packets, new network

I'm bringing up a new network and have the following:

2 Catalyst 40006 with:

SupII

WS-X4232-L3 Layer 3 cards

WS-X4448-GB-RJ45 cards

The 2 switches are:

Ether-channeled and trunked together(x4)

I've set up HSRP

port-channeling between SupII and 4232-L3 cards

Every time I ping one host from another I keep getting duplicate packets

Any ideas??????

Duplicate packets are seen when VLAN-based SPAN (VSPAN) is configured on catalyst switch in either both, tx or rx direction
