Laptop cannot receive ip autaomatically until restarting or disable and enable network card

Hi All

Now i am facing with 1 issue: Whie users is working on their laptop suddenly they cannot access to share folder or internet until IT disable and enable network card or restarting their machine. After checked log on switch, i saw two below informations:

%SUPQ-4-CPUHB_RECV_STARVE and %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN.

Please give me some advice

Sounds like you hit a bug what version are you on and switch platform

Error Message SUPQ-4-CPUHB_RECV_STARVE: [chars]

Explanation This message means that the system has detected that messages directed to the CPU are

delayed. [chars] is the detailed error message.

Recommended Action Copy the error message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system

log, call your Cisco technical support representative, and provide the representative with the

gathered information.
