Layer 3 Failover - Etherchannel - DHCP IPv6 Switch L3 3650

Hi, I appeal to the community because I am completely stuck with a project that I have to finish as part of my IT courses.The project is based on a 3-tier architecture. I just received the design, I have to address all interfaces in IPv4 and IPv6 and make it work? I am very beginner in IT ...if you have sugestions for a better and easier configuration, I am interested in your advice.

List of my problems :

1. I would like that the etherchannel link to be active (and not blocked).
2. I would also like all links from DSW2 to switch accces to be blocked.
3. I would like the link L3 CORE g0/0/3 ==>g0/0/1 DSW2 to be a failover link?
4. I also tried to install the ipv6 dhcp service on 3650-L3 distribution switches but it doesn’t work? If I use the same config on the router, no pb?I think there is an issue with dhcp ipv6 and switch 3650.
