Dears,

I got this message from the switch "Interface GigabitEthernet5/0/19, changed state to down" frequently.

Later, I got the this message "Interface GigabitEthernet5/0/19, changed state to up".

It's keep repeating as he interface seems it's flapping.

What is the solution?

Hi,

It depends on what the port is connected to. You will get the message if it is connected to an end device and the end device is disconnected and reconnected.

Also, check the switch logs to find out if the message is accurate.
