This makes your post not easy to read and understand, which is probably why you received so little response.
Still, I want to give it a try: I think it is a cabling issue.
Perhaps you will find this difficult to believe but I have seen weird things with cabling. I remember a case with a set Belkin cables which were supposed to be cat6. It turned out that they were not all up to the specification. Behavior was in fact similar to your problem description where one device works on a certain cable and another doesn't. So, my advice is as follows:
Sit back,think through your setup and work out a testing scheme which eliminates cabling from the equation.
