just got the SPA2102 prior to making any adjustments i saved the delivery settings,
then i proceeded to enter my login details relative to the telephone.
finishing with setting an access password
and saving. immediatly a password gui popped up and so i enterd my new preconfigured password to access the control panel only to be locked out......
I had access through the router for www
and also the phone worked but could not gain access to enable me to make further
adjustments for setting dmz for my web server. I scanned the web for solutions
establishing that I can reset to factory settings i Proceeded with the instructions but now that I have regained
access to the SPA2102 control panel I have lost my connectability for the Telephone. it shows that it is of hook
when i lift the receiver but there is no dial tone. broadband access is excellant
but the telephone remains a mystery, i have checked the configuration with my saved copy and whilst there has been an update to a more recent version and a few more categuries everything looks
correct with the relevant headings crossed referanced with the earlier saved copy.
can any one help me please to resolve this.
