Logging configuration on cisco 4507

Hello guys,

I have one query rgarding logging configuration.

Is there any option to configure cisco 4507 to genrate log alert when cpu utilization or port utilization reaches above certain percentage.

Please help.

Hi Arijit,

You can use "process cpu threshold type" command if you want to create syslog message when the CPU raises above a certain percentage

Rmon is another option to generate alerts
