Hello,

No, the MAC Address-Table Move mechanism is a feature found on Cisco Catalyst switches that reduces convergence time in networks after a primary link has failed and has been replaced by a pre-configured backup link. Read more about this mechanism here:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3560/software/release/15-0_2_se/configuration/guide/scg3560/swflink.html#wp1064020

The show command you have posted shows you the statistics about this feature; the output is not related to MAC address flappings.

Best regards,
Peter
