Hello

Is it possible to terminate several MACsec connetions from different switches on a single switchport? This question refer to the Catalyst 3560X and 3750X switches.

Does anyone know how is the performance on a 1 giga or 10 giga link with MACsec on the Catalyst 3560X oder 3750X siwtches?

Hi,

Yes, MACsec is supported on all ports connected to end devices

Q. What can I expect in terms of MACsec performance? Is there any degradation in switch performance?

A. No. MACsec is supported at line rate (over 1G and 10G), and the  encryption is done in hardware, making sure that there is no performance  degradation.
