ME3600X HSRP issue

I have configured HSRP with two ME3600X's.
Same configuration, but they both stay in ACTIVE-ACTIVE configuration.
HSRP operates separately and STANDBY is displayed as UNKNOWN.

About 10 VLANs are in use and consist of interlinks and trunks with switches connected at the bottom.

Could this be an OS bug related to this?

I've looked for bug reports, but haven't found anything relevant, so it's hard to comment.

I'm curious what the problem is.

looks like HSRP packages do not transfer over the connection between the two devices
check your access-lists and firewall rules to allow 224.0.0.2 between the two ME's
224.0.0.2 is the all routers multicast address, which is used for the HSRP hello packets.
if no ACL/firewall then check if multicasts are forwarded properly
NB for each VLAN where HSRP is active!
