Hi every one
i have two switches and i connected together with Fiber optic cable , but there is a small problem , because i didn't have fiber place in one of this Cisco switch , i forced to use Media converter ( that explain in the picture ) , so the link between this switch working normally but Suddenly it didn't work !
i tried to change speed under interface and i change it to ( speed nonegotiate ) and the link return to work normally again !
and so on , some times work with this command and sometimes work without it !
can any one explain this case !!
