Memory Issue 2950 Cisco Switch

I have 3 "WS-C2950-24" CIsco Switches and all has a memory process issue. I have the next troubeshooting:

- Disable CDP

- Disable SSH

- Doesn't exist a level2 loop.

After all I want to upgrade the current firmware (c2950-i6k2l2q4-mz.121-22.EA14.bin). However I go to cisco websiste and all softwares are "deferred releases". The current version is c2950-i6k2l2q4-mz.121-22.EA14.bin.

Please, anybody had this same issue?

The 2950 series is at least 8 years old. I don't think Cisco support any more IOS images for this platform.

The same happened to me when seeking IOS images for some old 2600 router...  it's OK not to offer them for download anymore, but they could at least keep them mentioned, so that one could know what latest files to look for elsewhere :).
