there may be no more recent update than already present on the device

the software cannot be downloaded through the official channels, but I've read post that contacting cisco support referring to critical vulnerabilities led to obtaining the software with those vulnerabilities  resolved

on this switch you'll probably need to use "copy xmodem: flash: " to transfer the file from pc to the switch

Maybe somebody has an inofficial link (e.g. a file upload service) for downloading that firmware...?
