hello. i have just bought 3 cisco SG220 50 ports (no POE) switches. i need to configure them on flat network without VLANs and spanning tree. is there a giude what is the "common way" doing that ? flow control ? energy saver ? etc ...

Hi

 At least vlan 1 you need to have. By default all ports comes on this port.

 Then it can do "no span vlan 1".

Leave the rest as is.
