I've encontered the problem. The problem is multicast issue.
Topology: Server( M source) -> C3650( First hop, RP, DR) -> C3560 -> Server(M Receiver)
When the mroute table had both of (*, G) and (S, G), multipackets were forwarding perfectly.
When the mroute table had only (*, G), some mpackets were lost.
I think this problem is normality but customer didn't understand it.
I've just reminded this problem is expected behavior due to the PIM-SM mechanism.
