As networks grow from using 1 x 4500x switch in the core, whats the best practice for adding more 4500x 's ? Has anyone been down this path before. Just thinking about future options.
Actually, when going do the path of the network growth, often there are later available devices that offer more performance and/or port density in a smaller footprint.
If you have a L3 core, it's also pretty easy to add additional L3 core devices.
