NATing proxy address

We have users in Boston who will be using a PIX in NY for Internet access. We also need to NAT the destination addresses for the packets leaving Boston for NY, so we are thinking of using a proxy server in NY and point to its IP NATed address from the Internet Explorer in Boston. Does anybody happen to know if a proxy's IP address can be NATed?

thanks.

I dont see any problems arising from NATing a proxy address.

Regards.
