You want to limit this connectivity to just that one employee?

You have access/control over all the network equipment?

Assuming the answer is yes to both questions, you might use something like PBR to route that one employee's traffic or you might have full routing between all transit devices but use something like ACLs to only allow employee traffic to use such a known path.  (You might also be able to use something like VRFs, to support this, but likely a much more complex to provide.)

No I wanted any employee from the location to be able to access the file server at the other office there will be more then one person. And i was looking for what command like ip route first number ??? Would be what and the second would be subnet and 3rd is hop which im assuming will be the file server ip address. Im still figuring all this stuff out. Any help would be appricated..

How are you routing traffic now?  I.e. static routing, dynamic routing?
