hi, i have router connected to internet R1 , and another router R2 connected to R1 locally ,many users connected to R2 and uses internet .
some of usererst connected to R2 can use internet , but i cant ping them from internet ,
so , i want to know if i could reach them from R1 ,
so i want to
monitor if the packet reached R1 as a first step of troublwshooting ,
how to monitor a packet on R1 and and thier destination is a user in R2 subnet ,
i just want to debug a source ip and destination ip R1 .
is my request possible ???

Hi Ahmed,
run a span session and wireshark so you can analyse which traffic is reaching R1 and wich destination they have.
For the rest it is quite hard to advice you because not so many info.
Please clarify what you mean when you say " i cannot ping them from the Internet" so to help if possible

Hi Ahmed,
I hope you could have done PAT for the internal users to connect to the internet. So you cannot ping them from the internet. If you do a one to one NAT then you will be able to ping the connected user/pc from internet.
