need to configure WiSM WLAN Service Module module in Redundant mode on 6500 switch

Hi All ,

I need help to configure WiSM WLAN Service Module module in Redundant mode on 6500 switch.

Both cisco 6500 switches configured on VSS redundanvy mode SSO .

Please let me know if any more input required from my side .

hi Madhu,

In order to take advantage of the VSS redundancy, you would need to install one WISM per chassis.

Hi Reza ,

Both 6500 having one WiSM module .Both 6500 configured in VSS redundancy mode SSO .

issue is if one WiSM goes down the traffic is not shifting to second WiSM module in second chassis .
