netflow on the 6509

In IOS (tm) MSFC2A Software (C6MSFC2A-PK9SV-M), Version 12.2(17d)SXB10, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1). Whether the traffic will be broken at second level after I use command "ip route-cache flow" on the interface VLAN.

You question is a bit unlear to me.You can certainly enable netflow on the RP.If you want more granular outputs with graphs and reports then you can use Cisco netflow collector tool.
