hi
we have fibre optic connectivity between branch office to head office.
head office has one switch catalyst3750. now we got another same switch. how can i use the best possible way of the new switch
we are in the same building branch office at ground floor and head office at 5th floor.
head office has all servers, firewall.
if branchoffice needs internet or access to server should connect to head office (so all the traffice should generally comming to head office so i can control the traffic or access from head office itself).
1.. I need a load balancing,
or
2.redundancy set up. (if it requires we are ready to change the topology plan) Hsrp works how should i have to do this
firewall(sonicwall)

You are only getting one additional switch at the Head Office so redundancy and load-balancing can only occur there.
The best form of load-balancing and redundancy with 3750s is to form a switch stack.
