Nexus 3064 Q-in-Q 802.1ad

Hello,

I am looking on my Nexus 3064 to configure a Q-in-Q tunnel using an EtherType 802.1ad.

According to this Cisco documentation the command: switchport dot1q ethertype is implemented since version 5.0(3)U4(1).

The version of my equipment is 6.0(2)U2(9Z) but I don't have this option on my interfaces.

How could I modify the encapsulation with an EtherType 802.1ad ?

For the implementation of 802.1ad as I wish it is necessary to use the switchport dot1q ethertype 0x88A8 command I don't have this command under the NXOS version used, on a version 7.0(3)I7(3) I have this option on Nexus 3132Q

So my question is more simply : 
Except NXOS version, are there any restrictions on the use of an EtherType 0X88A8 on a Nexus 3064 ?
