Nexus 7000 as a Collapsed Core/Distribution

I had a lot of questions when I began planning a pair of Nexus 7000 switches as a replacement for our 6500.  I thought it would be helpful to publish my design and config.  This is a medium sized network.  I would have loved to see somone's configs for a similar implementation.  Hopefully this can help someone else out there.
