but I got following error:
Please make sure that all members of the port-group are part of the command at '^' marker.
and inteface didn't get assigned. please advise.

it looks like to are trying to allocate an interface that is either part of a port-channel, or vPC, check your config.

Is Ethernet 8/2 on a M132 line card? If this is the case, you have to assign all members of the port-group into a VDC. Meaning E8/2, E8/4, E8/6, E8/8 into VDC 3.
This is because the architecture of the M132 line card, ports are 4:1 over-subscription in a shared mode (one port-ASIC controls 4 ports).
