i have 7 nexus 7k's that have bug CSCus22805 where you lose the ability to copy run start. Looking at the PDF cisco have produced it looks fairly straightforward but as its a live environment and I cannot lab this out just wanted to run it past you guys-
I will need to save the running config to external zip drive / tftp using
copy run tftp: vdc-all,
this will be belt and braces incase the nx reboots and all config is lost, (which the pdf states might happen :/ )
So I have this vdc-all config stored in case, next step is to do per vdc? show run diff | i + and note down per vdc changes, or do you run this command in admin context and it shows all vdc changes ?
If i need to load the vdc-all config back to the switch, worst case scenario, is the syntax
copy tftp run and will this file then load the configs into each vdc ?
