Nexus 7K dual sup upgrade images

Hi,

We are looking to upgrade x2 Nexus in vPC domain with dual sup and looking at Cisco download site

it has different sup images like sup1 and sup2, but my current images are both same on both sups. Can

anyone advise if they have to be different as per downloas site or can be identical ?

Hi,

You need the same image for both sups in the chassis and for both chassis.

The images you see for sup1 and sup2, those are sup models and not sup1 and 2 in the same chassis.
