Yes, if the switches are stacked. You can create a Portchaneel and use one NIC going to one switch and the other NIC going to the other switch. As a matter of fact, if you want redundancy, this is a very common set up. It is also best practice.

Agree with what Reza has said. Just additional:
If you configure your servers as active/passive, no configuration is needed at the switches and it is fully supported.
If you configure your servers as active/active, you need to configure etherchanneling (LACP), please refer to:
