No Console output and Status light steady amber on Nexus 5596UP after reload to new IOS upgrade

I have 2 Cisco Nexus 5596UP that are running on 5.2(1)N1(4) version.  They had new IOS  n5000-uk9.5.2.1.N1.9a.bin and it's  n5000-uk9-kickstart.5.2.1.N1.9a.bin pre-staged to come up on during a reload.  The reload caused them to crash with no console output what so ever.  any ideas as to what could have caused this. It was not a significant jump in IOS versions.  Thanks

Hello,

hard to say. 'show cores' and 'show processes log details' should give you an indication for what caused the crash. Can you post the output of those commands ?
