Hello there,
We recently deployed a site containing 2 Cisco Nexus 6001 distribution switches, and the site is still in the development phase. However, yesterday, one of the switches experienced a sudden and complete shutdown. All port LEDs turned off, and despite attempting to troubleshoot by connecting to the console, removing and reinserting the power cord, we only managed to see two lines of output before it froze. It's perplexing as the switch had been functioning without issues for a week prior to this incident.
Kickstart: version 7.3(11)N1(1) System: version 7.3(11)N1(1)
all PSUs and FANs are showing green led. In total we have 2 PSU and 3FANs, checkED 1FAN with 1PSU and many attempts. FYI whenever the switch got up the FANs was in full speed. Am not sure what happened there, hardware issue?. Any suggestion will be highly appreciable.
Thanks,
Punkn

Hi,
That is most likely a hardware issue. I would open a ticket with Cisco and RMA the device.
Good Luck!

Remove all cables and then check NSK
It can be l2 storm make SW down immediately or as @Reza Sharifi mention it hardware issue and you need RMA the device.
