Hello again!!!
I see I can run the ethanalyzer in the management VDC but do not have access within a non-default VDC as the ethanalyzer is not a command line option. Anyone have any idea?
Thanks
Frank

That's by design.
Etheranalyzer and copp to be run only from admin/management vdc.

Hi InayathUlla,
Thanks for your response, much appreciated.
If the Ethanalyzer can only run in the Management VDC, I guess if I need to capture traffic on a non-default VDC I would need to use SPAN?
Thank you

Frank,
You can do the Etheranlyzer of non-vdc traffic to see if it reaching the CPU from the admin VDC.
Also the second option to use is the span.
