The 7ks come with USB ports.
So, you can download the kickstart and system image you want from Cisco.com to the flash drive and insert the flash drive into the USB port on the switch. Copy from USB to flash and run the install all command.
You need a maintenance window to do this, as the upgrade is disruptive, because you have to reboot the switch once the install is complete.
