opening a port on 11501

Hi Guys,

i need some help, im trying to find open a port on the content switch 11501, commands as follows i have inputted below.

service 1194-udp

 

  ip address 10.178.237.110

   protocol udp

   port 1194 

   active

 

owner company

content company-1194-udp

    vip address 172.18.199.41

    protocol udp

    port 1194

    add service 1194-udp

    active

service 1194-tcp

 

  ip address 172.18.199.41

   protocol tcp

   port 1194 

   active

 

owner company

content company-1194-tcp

    vip address 172.18.199.41

    protocol tcp

    port 1194

    add service 1194-tcp

    active

i still cant telnet through to the port 1194 to test. it is for openvpn.

if any one can help i would be most greatful.
