Hi,
We're looking to order the Sup2T and use some 67XX cards, which require the use of DFC4. I can't find the DFC4, either as a standalone part number or as an optional part in 67XX linecards in the configuration tool - is this part currently available and if so how do i order it? If it's not yet orderable, is there and FCS date or ETA?
Thanks

Hi Mark,
Sup 2T has not been officially announced. Cisco will announce it during 2011 Networkers (July 10 week).
Also, what type of line card currenlty do you have? some line cards are field replacebale and some are not.
for example X6708-3C and 3C-XL are not filed replaceable. You have replace the entire card.

Hi Reza,
This is for a colleague of mine so i'm not sure which cards he is planning to use (it's a new install though so there won't be any in field upgrades). In the config tool i cannot see the DFC4 as an option for any line card. The 2T is in the config tool now so i was expecting to see the DFC4 at the same time, but it's not there - so was just wondering when it would be orderable (either as standalone or bundled with the line card) - all that can be ordered right now with the 2T would be 69XX cards and not any 67XX.
Rgds

Hi Mark,
Reza's correct. The DFC4/PFC4 will/should appear in the config tool around the end of July 2011.
