Does any one know if 800 series routers support OSPF or EIGRP? Command for EIGRP is available but when you try to run it, you get that "protocol is not available in the image". Is there a specific image that I can get that will support either of these two on a Cisco 851 or 861?

Hi Mohammad,
This message:
means you do not have the proper license installed on your router. What is the current license level and what is your IOS image? Usually, you need IP services license to run OSPF, BGP, full EIGRP, etc...

Thank you for the reply I understand that however that is what I am trying to find out if there is another license/IOS that will support it. Here is what we have on the 851 and 861
c850-advsecurityk9-mz.124-15.T13.bin"
License Information for 'c860-data'
License Level: advsecurity Type: Permanent
Next reboot license Level: advsecurity

That's not right. The IOS is for an 850 but your "sh license" information is for an 860.
For EIGRP and OSPF you need IP Services on the 860 router.

Sorry let me rephrase first one is for the 850 and second section is for the 860.
