Hi

There DTP errors turn off negotiate (switchport nonnegotiate ) under the interfaces when there trunk

would help if you posted the configs your applying as might be something else but usually its a negotiating issues causing that alert

the command show interface gx/x switchport for each interface will show you the diffs

Hi!

One of the ports in your port-channel is configured as access with switchport mode access. Please verify the configurations of the ports and as Mark stated you can use show int gig x/x switchport in order to verify differences.
