PoE in 3750 Sw

hi,

I am having Cisco 3750 switch and i want to configure PoE feture on that but when i enable power inline mode message is "%CAUTION: Interface interface-id: Misconfiguring the 'power inline consumption/allocation'

command may cause damage to the switch and void your warranty. Take precaution not to

oversubscribe the power supply.Refer to documentation" so please help me how to cconfigure PoE feature in 3750 step by step......

This is not a POE switch. Please see the following link Table 5 row labeled Non-PoE Models.

What is the full model number of your 3750?

What is your IOS?

model number = cisco WS-C3750G-24TS

IOS = c3750-ipbase-mz.122-25.SEB4/c3750-ipbase-mz.122-25.SEB4.bin

This is not a POE switch. Please see the following link Table 5 row labeled Non-PoE Models.

Jerry's right. WS-C3750G-24TS is not a PoE switch.

You can verify if you do the following commands:

sh inventory (and look at the description);

sh power inline (if you don't see any ports, then you are NOT PoE swtich).
