Sorry if this is a stupid question, but...
I've been using IE2000's in an application, and as those aren't available any longer, my company has switched to IE3000 switches.
I was putting the file for one of my IE2000's into the 3000 and it told me that "spanning-tree portfast edge" was invalid at the "edge" portion.
It looks from using "?" after the "portfast" that default is edge. But do I actually put "default" there? Or just leave it blank after "portfast" so that by default it's edge?
I'm somewhat confused is all...
Thanks!

Leave it blank , which defaults to 'edge' (too)

Thank you both gentlemen! I'll go with the "default" in hopes of confusing my boss. (^_^)
