problem : all configuration 9200l are lost

Hello

I have  four  switch 9200 L  switch layer3 :  .
I have a big problem ... the power is cut twice, so all the configuratin that will exist in switch  are lost and no configuration exists ...

1) - so why during a power cut, the   configuration of  switch 9200 are  lost !!!
2) how i can solve  teh problem  of saving configuration when poweris  cut  ???

i wait   from expert swicth cisco reply me and give me the solution !!

Check the config if this command is present:  system ignore startupconfig switch all
