problem in boot the switch 2960

I have switche cisco 2960

When you boot it displays the following message

So that the green lights are working well

Please help me in solving the problem

There's a possibilty the baud rate of your HyperTerminal client and the switch do not match.

Of very normal to be 9600

These are the settings to your hyperterminal.

9600 baud rate

No parity

8 data bits

1 stop bit

No flow control

And if these settings don't work then try to adjust the baud rate higher or lower until you tried all of them.

I tried changing each setting for speed, parity, etc. and connecting after each change - none of them got any output.

Use a different client/computer/laptop.
