Problem with CBS 350 and Reolink PoE Camera

Hello guys

greets from germany.

I have a Problem with a CBS 350-24FP-4X-EU and a PoE camera Reolink RLC-820A 

It didn't work and i have no idear. i am also a beginner and maybe this is part of the problem

the dashboard shows me " 3 Watt" consumption. In my Optinion this is not enough for the PoE camera.

Checking the specs shows me, that both are IEEE 802.3af, active . ist "48V" a Problem for CBS 350  ?

3W seems not enough indeed. What are the PoE settings for the port (see link below) ?
