problem with DHCP APIPA is being used

hi guys!

I'm learning to cisco switch and I'm having a problem. After enabling DHCP on the Core switch, one of the VLAN received an IP. But another VLAN gives the following error:

DHCP failed, APIPA is being used

I have also defined priorities for the STP protocol. Please view the file and tell us where the problem is. We also want the computer in VLAN 20 (192.168.20.2), to ping the computer in VLAN 10 (192.168.10.2) (and conversely)

Everything looks good, try it once in EVE or GNS. Seems like a bug or issue with packet tracer. It will work.
Ping will also work since you have both SVI and inter vlan routing will take place
