Issue: Switch Cissco 4500 automatic reboot

Hi Cisco Team.

I have issue with Catalyst 4500 device, it is automatin reboot while use.

I sent to team some information this device

Version: Cisco IOS Software, IOS-XE Software, Catalyst 4500 L3 Switch Software (cat4500e-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 03.03.00.SG RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3)

System returned to ROM by reload

Last reload reason: Unknown reason

Is this a bug in the device???

Please, help me to check and response

The IOS that you are running is very old. you might be hitting a bug.

Consider upgrading to latest stable release. 

You can also check the power supplies if they are working good.
