Problem with synchoronization with SSM-On-Prem

Catalyst 9200 cannot sync with SSM-On-Prem.
I can ping and ssh to SSM-On-Prem from my switch.

Just to confirm, your on prem ssm can reach CSSM okay, this issue is your local switch not able to reach you on prem ssm correct - if so  check this link,

Yes my SSM-On-Prem can reach CSSM. The problem is that switch wont sync with SSM-On-Prem (SSH, ping are working). The problem that is written in SSM-On-Prem in my inventory:
