hi,
There are many ways to accomplish this task.
The couple of ways are as follows:
1)You can use the port based athentication using dot1x.
You can configure that port to get authenticated through radius server before any one can use/access it.
2)You can use switch-port security command.
Under this command again there are 3-4 options. If there is a vioaltion in the applied switch-port security policy it can eigther be shutted down automatically or it can go in errrdisable state as per your config.

Hi,
There are several procedures:
1) You can shutdown the port.
2) You can configure 802.1x Port based authentication. Here is the link: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3750/software/release/12.2_25_sed/configuration/guide/sw8021x.html
3) You can configure port security. Here is the link: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3750/software/release/12.2_25_sed/configuration/guide/swtrafc.html#wp1038501
I hope this helps.
Best regards.
Massimiliano.
